SHIPPING POLICY

Our skin care products ship directly from SknClusive or from our trusted partners. Please note that in the event your order is shipped from two different locations, you can expect to receive two packages. We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

Fast and Reliable Shipping Guaranteed

  1. STANDARD Shipping: 1st Class USPS 3-7 business days from ship date, not order date.

  2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: NOT OFFERED AT THIS TIME.

  3. Delivery times frames are an estimate, SknClusive Beauty Spa does not guarantee delivery dates.

  6. SknClusive IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. 

  7. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

  8. Incorrect Address- SknClusive is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address, we ship to the address entered on order. 

  9. If you place an order and provide SBS with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to SBS due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of SBS, with no refund issued. 

  10. Pick Up/Delivery- IF YOU DID NOT SELECT IN STORE PICKUP DURING CHECK OUT, YOU CAN NOT PICK UP ORDER IN STORE.

  11. Customer Pickup: All customers picking up items instore will be contacted to set an agreed upon time/date for pickup. Items not picked up within 72hrs of set pick up date will be canceled, and customer will be charged a 20% restock fee.

  13. Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY. 

  14. Our Vendors: Some of our items may ship directly to you from our vendor. This is the case with all of our apparel items. If your order contains items that will ship from our vendors and items that will ship from our store. You will recieve 2 different packages. This also may happen when a item is out of stock at the store but in stock with our vendor. We sometimes will drop ship that item directly to you from the vendor. This allows us to get your order to you with little to no delay.
