Returns
RETURNS:
ALL UNOPENED/UNUSED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. SHOULD PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE, A STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUSED MINUS A RESTOCK FEE OF 20% THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT COST. ALL OPENED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND FULL WITHOUT DAMAGE. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY AND ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AFER 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
If you placed your order during a sale, credit will be the price paid for the item. When repurchasing the sale price does not apply IF THE SALE IS OVER.
All orders placed online must be returned via mail. Only purchases made at the retail store can be returned to the mobile store and a store credit will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Exchange
For exchanges, we ask that you please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are for the same product only. If you prefer a refund, please refer to our refund policy.
Refunds
We believe in our products at SknClusive Beauty Spa and stand behind them. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a refund policy that guarantees your satisfaction or your money back (within 14 days of purchase). All refunds are paid back to the original form of payment, and store credits are issued in gift card form. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
